Christina Lladó is a visionary mentor, speaker, and innovator with over 30 years of experience empowering executives, entrepreneurs, and educational leaders to achieve transformational breakthroughs. As the founder of EduCares Inc., Christina combines her expertise in school growth and conscious education with cutting-edge tools like HypnoBreathwork®️ and strategic coaching to help clients overcome burnout, gain clarity, and unlock their full potential.

Her career highlights include founding and successfully selling Montessori Children’s Academy, consulting for over 2,000 schools nationwide, and managing twenty private institutions. Recognized with the American Montessori Society’s Innovation Award in 2021, Christina has redefined leadership by integrating alignment, purpose, and conscious strategies that foster resilience and sustainable growth.

Inspired by personal experiences, including her son William’s journey with Autism, ADHD, and ODD, Christina’s holistic approach supports leaders in creating heart-centered environments that prioritize connection and emotional well-being. With a Bachelor’s in Business Management and Graduate Certificates from Harvard’s Schools of Education and Business, Christina is uniquely positioned to bridge strategic insights with innovative, people-centered solutions.
